About

Our Mission

Welcome to my blog about gardening! I'm a permaculturist named Alex who resides in the USA. The amazing ways that the natural world can support and nourish us have always captivated me. As a gardener, I'm passionate about creating thriving, healthy ecosystems that support a wide variety of beneficial insects, birds, and other species in addition to producing wonderful fruits and vegetables.

For me, gardening is a way of life rather than just a pastime or hobby. I firmly believe that by cooperating with nature, we can develop sustainable and regenerative systems that are advantageous to everyone on the planet. My aim is to give you useful advice, inspiration, and insights to help you grow your own food and develop thriving, biodiverse gardens, whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting started.

I firmly believe that each of us has a duty to protect the planet and all of its inhabitants, and gardening is just one small way we can have a positive influence on the world around us.

So I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery and exploration, whether you're interested in learning about companion planting, soil health, or the most recent gardening techniques. Let's collaborate to build stunning, fruitful gardens that feed our bodies and souls!
